Still getting my head around this lollipop update. For some apps like whatsapp I don't want the content to be shown on my lock screen but for others such as news, I don't mind.

I can't find the option where I can show content and hide content for these apps.
Can anyone help? Thanks

Under Settings->Sound & Notifications, first set "When device is locked" to "Show all notification content".

Next go to "App Notifications" and click on the apps you want to hide the content, then click on toggle button for "Sensitive" ("When device is locked, hide any sensitive content from this app's notifications")

Another easy way is when you see a notification on the lock screen.... Long press it and hit the "I" and you will be taken to that app's notification settings.... Saves you trawling through your list of apps to remember the one app you wanted to change.
