Why I can't turn on the wifi connnection on my SOny xperia z3 hp after the latest software update.

I have reset my mobile phone to factory setting and unfortunately it still did not solve my problem to b able to turn on the wifi connection.

Would appreciate your kind help on this.

Since your carrier sent you the update, without allowing you to reject it (even if you say no, after a few tries, it'll install anyway), that's a good question to ask them. And to remind them that it's their liability to fix the phone that they broke by forcing you to take he update.

If you can't get a tech support supervisor to agree with you, call back and get a different supervisor, Keep trying until you get one who does.
