Advice re reset of Sony Experia Z3

I have a sony experia z3 phone.
The top part of the screen does not work,
so i,m thinking of doing a full reset .
The reason is screen rotation is set to off,
so i cant use wifi or change the sound settings in the menu.
I just use this phone for music and reading pdfs.
If i do a full reset will the automatic display rotation be on.
if the screen was set to auto rotate i could use all the menus,
turn on wifi and use any app .
i set up Vysor on my pc but it doesnt work as i cant turn on usb mtp mode in the usb settings menu.
i have no valuable data on this phone ,
i can copy all the data in the phone to a sdcard .
If you buy a new experia z android phone is display screen rotation normally enabled?
If i do a reset will the file Commander app still be there when i reboot the phone ?

Can't you set screen rotation through config? Go to config > screen > screen rotate.

Where do i find config in the menu ?

THANK you very much i found auto rotate in the menu ,under accesibility.
Now i set it to auto rotate and everything works fine.
the screen rotates ,and i can use all the menus.
