Best overall camera setting?

I leave it on Superior Auto but can't decide whether 8mp 16:9 or 20mp 16:9 look better. What do you guys think? Do you know if there's a better setting?

I saw a review somewhere from a professional photographer who advised that most people should keep the stock 8MP setting and that the 20MP and 23MP settings should only be used when extreme detail is needed..

I have no clue but have kept mine set at 8MP and the photos come out great..

If I leave it on Superior Auto 8mp, is it best to leave it on 16:9 or 4:3? Or is that just prefence?
