Problems with my Xperia Z5 Premium E6883

Hello, I have a Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Dual Sim model E6883 and firmware E6883_32.4.A.1.54_1302-9579_R3E.The problem I have is that it does not work on GSM in any of the SIM1 or SIM2, I have checked my Sim Card in another mobile and if it works correctly in GSM, in LTE and in 3G works perfectly ... please I must do?


the phone always had that defect since I bought it, the phone is brand new and free of carrier and unlocked. My operator works in GSM, 3G and 4G (LTE) since I have tested my sim card in another mobile and work with the three frequencies ... my xperia z5 works well in 3g and in 4g, the problem is in GSM, so when I use 2 Sim I have problems with the second Sim since this is confgured for Gsm and that's where it does not work ... Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Who's your carrier? Have you already tried cleaning the phone's SIM slot?

the mobile recognizes me the second sim card physically and also recognizes me the GSM network but it does not register in the network, so it does not signal me antenna level in the second sim card and therefore I do not have any signal.

I saw that help page, I saw that when two sim cards are used and you configure one of them that works in preferred LTE because the other sim card is automatically configured in GSM, and that's where my problem lies and that is that simcard does not work well on gsm and it seems that it is a defect of the mobile .... I have already changed the firmware to a higher one and the problem is not solved ... what do I do?

How old is the phone? Since you say it's always been like this, you may be right, the phone may be defective. Is it under warranty?

I bought the mobile phone by brand new ebay and unlocked and free of operator ... I bought it in January 2018 but I never needed to use it with 2 sim cards and now I see the defect ... so the warranty and the I have lost ... well, it seems that I should use it only with a simcard ... greetings and thanks for your cooperation
