The controversy arose when London Olympic officials rerun the clock by one second until
European fencer was deemed as victor.
In the video the one second timer never runs out even during the game while in youtube time
it has passed almost 10 seconds. This controversial decision should become a hot issue in
many European/non European countries alike to question any race factors that are involved in
decision.
I just wanted to share this to know what everyone thinks of irregular/faulty decisions in
worldwide event like Olympics. I think the referee/officials clearly knew what they were doing
and behaviors like these harm and tarnish the beautiful event.
