QIK issues on Epic

Can't figure this out and it's driving me crazy....

When ever my wife's Epic makes or receives calls using QIK, the video on the other handset is all distorted and "wave" like. Ive updated the QIK app on my phone (EVO) and her phone and still does it. No matter who she calls, the other caller's phone displays the whacky video but on her phone, it's fine.

Any ideas?

How does a front facing camera picture or video come out on the phone? Have you tried using the rear camera to see if the video works any better with Qik?

Rear camera works perfectly... Front camera, not so much. It's horrible only using the QIK app. I can use front facing camera through camera app and works fine.

my phone won't id qik users like my wife and pic is screwed what gives?
