Google updates broke Samsung Desktop?

Hey - went to plug my phone into my desk cradle today and the clock/desktop didn't start (and it was running yesterday). Tried to run the icon, which failed ... and looked wrong.

Tried to install ("Desk Home Samsung Epic") the app and got:

Error: Incompatible with other application(s) using the same shared user ID.

Deleted the app, tried again, got the same error.

Any ideas?

You might need to install "Desk Home Samsung Epic GB" instead. I believe it is in the Gingerbread version.

(Description says to remove the Froyo version of Desk Home before installing this one.)

Thanks. And let me say the the search function for "Play Store" sucks, as this is the 3rd app in the list, and the search function shows me two apps (the first one being the non-GB one), and then everything else I don't want.
