It appears that I got this today. So far, the differences are:

1. Upgrade to Gingerbread from Froyo
2. Addition of a Sprint Wireless Connection Optimizer

Let's hope this update is better than the last one.

I like the connections optimizer, but you still may need to employ the EI22 GPS fix if you have problems locking on more than 4 satellites (but I've needed this fix ever since EI22).
