Keyboard - Enter Key

Anyone know of a way to set the Enter key so that it actually sends? I can't think of anything more frustrating about this phone than having to hit the send button on the screen to send a message. Why do I need a return carriage in an sms message?


I tried disabling swype, but that does not make a difference. Not sure why I spent $50 more for a keyboard that doesn't work the way I would expect..

I am less angry after installing handcent and changing the setting, but I'm still miffed.

Me personally, I'd prefer better sentence formatting- hard return is fine with me- especially when the phone can send a post that is more than 160 char in multiple messages. It'd be nice if maybe function return would send the message...hmmm- have you tried that by the way?
