Homescreen flashes while browsing

Anyone else having this problem? While using the browser, the homescreen will flash for a split second, then I have to wait for the screen to rotate again and resize, before it gets back to where I was. I don't recall if I've had this happen while using other programs, but it happens very frequently when I'm using the browser. It's very annoying to say the least. Anyone else experiencing this?

Occasionally it does, but very rarely. Do you have a battery saver app by any chance? One of mine caused this problem when it would auto-kill tasks.
