4G Network Unknown

Has anyone else experienced this issue when connecting to 4G? For the first 3 or 4 days I had my Epic it was connecting to 4G just fine, especially while driving along Beltway 8 in Houston. Now for some reason it won't appear to pull a 4G signal and just says "Unknown" when I click to turn on 4G. (In this pic I am connected over Wifi so 4G shouldn't be connecting, however it is the same when not on wifi).

A bit of an FYI. I spoke to Sprint today and they were told this morning that they have some 4G servers down in Texas, Kansas, Ohio and Hawaii. This issue I am showing above is likely related to this problem, atleast hopefully.

I have the same issue, however, I'm in LA so it most likely means they deactivated the Wimax towers in downtown since, they're not supposed to go live till December

Durham, NC same 4G Network Unknown

So I am getting this error, anyone know of a fix or when the towers will be back up?
