VyprVPN and 3G

I am having trouble getting the VPN to connect on the 3G connection, I haven't been around a Wifi source to try it on there. Has anyone had success connecting to a VPN on 3G and the Samsung Epic?

How to Configure

Open the menu and choose Settings
Select Wireless and Network or Wireless Controls, depending on your version of Android
Select VPN Settings
Select Add VPN
Select Add PPTP VPN
Select VPN Name and enter a descriptive name
Select Set VPN Server and enter a server hostname:
us1.vpn.giganews.com for Los Angeles, CA
us2.vpn.giganews.com for Washington, DC
eu1.vpn.giganews.com for Amsterdam
hk1.vpn.giganews.com for Hong Kong
Make sure Enable Encryption is checked
Open the menu and choose Save
How to Connect

Open the menu and choose Settings
Select Wireless and Network or Wireless Controls, depending on your version of Android
Select VPN Settings
Select the VPN configuration from the list
Enter your username and password (use correct capitalization)
Select Remember username
Select Connect
