emailing video

when i shot a video today (which, by the way looks choppy) and wanted to email it, epic said the file was too big. is there a way to send such a video without using qik?
also, any solution to record a video that will be more smooth? thanks

How big is the video? I don't know what the attachment size limit is for email attachments but I've sent pretty large files before without any problems. For larger videos maybe sharing through YouTube would be a better option.

40 mb (if in the setting, i will lower the resolution, will that effect the quality?)

Yeah you can't email someone a 40mb file. I would keep it under 10. Videos are usually larger unless you only shoot for about a minute or less at a low resolution. And yes that will have an effect on quality. Uploading to YouTube and setting it to private is still the best option I can think of.
