Problems with text messages

I am unable to get any of the FWD messages, saying they are unable to download, I'm using chompSMS, is there a setting I missed?
I did a search but didn't see anything.

Are you saying that you are Not receiving Fwded messages form others?

Check your stock Message App they may be in there.

Not sure why you aren't receiving them in Chomp..

I use Handcent and receive fwds without a problem.

I get them but I could not open them, I went to Chomp site and I think I have it fixed, Turn off wifi and something else that I forget now, but still it's not that good IMO,

When people would try to send me attachments, pictures specifically, it would show the download button and constantly say that I was unable to download the attachment. I had Wi-Fi on at the time so after turning it off, it finally worked and I was able to receive/download it. A small issue that I don't mind too much since I don't really receive many attachments frequently, but would still be nice if addressed in a future update as I don't think it would be too hard to fix.
