Anyone else experience problems with their Epic not wanting to reorient itself to portrait mode when the keyboard is closed and the phone is held upright?
At first I thought it may be the accelerometer, but then I noticed that hitting the search button and then tapping on the text field doesn't bring up the software keyboard, as it happens when the slider is open.
The problem goes away when I reboot, but it's happened only a few times and as I was heading to a Sprint store to show the technicians and have them check the phone, the place was closing due to tomorrow's holiday (we celebrate the Epiphany in Puerto Rico - also known ans Three Kings' Day).
Anyway, I rebooted the phone and the problem is fixed, but I'm just concerned I got a lemon of an Epic...
