EB13 Framerate cap?

It seems there may be a framerate cap with EB13, especially with the camera app. Definitely not seeing smooth motion.

I have noticed the drop in my video quality too. Almost like its no longer HD. I hope they fix that.

The video camera looks noticably worse to me. I shot a clip tonight under almost he sameconditions as one i shot one month ago. Tonight is much less smooth and looks blockier. So far this is my only gripe in the update but its a big one to me.

On a related note, there is a firmware update option in the vid camera now and it opens a "samsung apps" tool, but it closes with an error. Im thinking maybe a tie in to samsung tv apps/media hub. Anyone know anything about it
