Question before its asked a million times Shabby...

Notice you have CDMA radio and LTE radio in the FASTBOOT images.

Do we need to flash both in FASTBOOT?

you flash CDMA then LTE in order to update both radios, when you flash cdma it wipes out teh LTE info

for a mac you will have to use fastboot to flash the images seperatly to get back to complete stock youll need to do teh following

    fastboot flash boot boot.img
    fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
    fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
    fastboot flash system system.img
    fastboot flash radio radio-cdma.img
    fastboot flash radio radio-lte.img
    fastboot -w
    fastboot oem lock

and that will return you to as if you bought the phone

i pay 15 bucks every 3 months for my hosting, i get unl bandwidth and space so i can host all these files and have many devs who host (darchstar, EpicCM, k0nane, Sbrissen, dreamsforgotten, s0ckmonk3y) with me as well on my domains. i know of a few people who pay top dollar to have a 1gbps connection but cant host leaks and tars cuz of bandwidth resrictions. i would rather have a reliable service that stays up for years than one you can download in 30 seconds and never get teh file again.. unless someone is willing to pay for unl bandwidth/space with a 1gbps connection for me?

The Sprint gnex radio thread over at XDA indicates you flash CDMA first

Noob question: Do I load both the stock and lte tars?

First flash the stock tar as instructed. Let it do its thing and boot up. Shut down and go back into Download/Odin mode.

Then flash the LTE tar (which is needed to update the radio/modem) in Odin. Place the LTE tar in the "PDA" slot, select AUTO REBOOT only and run it !

Shabby, just for kicks I used the fastboot images (FD02) to go back to ICS 4.0.4 to troubleshoot for some of the folks..

I can confirm like many others that you lose your stock recovery... You get the Android guy on his back with the exclamation point. I know like on the NS4G you get to this point you hit I think Volume Down + Power and it will boot you into stock recovery but no such luck on the GNex...
