Not charging while using app

I have note 2 with jellybean. Does anyone have issues phone not charging while plugged in example watching netflix. Charges normally when im not using it.

Sometimes, with certain devices and certain running apps, the power being used exceeds the charging rate. I would imagine that if you're just doing something like browsing the AC app, it would charge more normally.

Yeah streaming Netflix with a high screen brightness will just barely exceed the typical charging power of the stock charger.
