Note 2: Volume control

Hello, I've got a sprint galaxy note2 and was wondering if anyone is having troublewith the volume will talking on their device. I've checked all my settings and there set up properly. Any suggestions would be great.

The Note 2 was always loud. What issue are you experiencing?

Well, when I'm on a call, I can barely hear the other person. When playing music it's just fine though. I usually have to turn the speaker on to hear a phone conversation.

I don't seem to have a problem. Have you tapped on the extra volume booster option after connecting to a call?

Music comes through the speaker itself. Calls come through the ear piece. Sounds to me that you have a blown ear piece and require a warranty replacement if still under warranty.
