    I canceled my order with letstalk. The reason being is that I chatted with Melva and she informed me that they still dont have the phones and no ETA for the arrival of the phones.

    So I went ahead and ordered with wirefly.com since members are reporting that their order's are now being shown as shipped.

    Melva was not happy. Oh well. I want my phone now even though it would have only cost me $79.99 on lets talk instead of $150 on wirefly...

    I choosed next day shipping as well! Let's hope for the best!

    I ordered last week on the 6th, chose regular shipping. When did you all make the order?

    Is it better to call to change to overnight? How much did that cost? It looks like the live chat all goes to India, but I don't want to have any misunderstandings.
    I ordered the day the news came out on Pre-Orders Sept. 3/4?

    all i know is that a lot of stores are ******ed, in that, they don't care when yo uordered it


    i have had so many issues before with sprint with people getting their phones shipped before mine and i ordered much earlier....

    i even went as far as placing a new order with sprint and having that shipped out before my old one even did......i dont understand how it works, but it is that way sometimes


    maybe try logging into chat for free shipping upgrade? that will update it internally in the system and throw you in front of the line...who really knows

    I ordered my phone on the 09/02 the first day wirefly offered it after a few hours of it going viral online. and even though i didnt order overnight i received the above shipping email today.
    I highly doubt that your shipping method dictates when the order is shipped. The order shipping will depend on when you order it. you shipping method should logically only affect how quickly it reaches you once it is shipped.

    Down on the bottom, under "Status", where yours shows as Preordered. Mine changed to "Processing" earlier today, and then changed to "Shipping" which is my current status. I would chat with someone online.

    Down on the bottom, under "Status", where yours shows as Preordered. Mine changed to "Processing" earlier today, and then changed to "Shipping" which is my current status. I would chat with someone online.
    I just had a chat with Aaron and this is what he said.

    I believe I ordered mine on Sunday the 4th of this month using only the given Free Fedex shipment plan. My phone is currently on the status "Shipping" and I did a chat with an agent to see when I might possibly receive it.

    Susane: Hi Sky. Thank you for contacting our chat support group. I'd be glad to check the shipping status for your order.
    Susane: How are you doing today?
    Sky: Good, and you?
    Susane: That's great, I am also doing good. Thank you for asking.
    Susane: For security reasons, could you please verify the last four digits of your Social Security Number?

    Susane: I have checked the order details and I see that the order is already completed and the package will be shipped from our distribution center anytime today before 7 PM EST.

    I am excited to ditch my worn out HTC Hero and get my S2...but really people. I saw someone say they paid like $100 to cancel at lettalk and order at wirefly with next day to get it like 2 days earlier. It is a phone. In the big picture a couple of days is nothing! If you need it a day before everyone else so you can have bragging rights, I suggest putting some money toward counseling.

I saw someone say they paid like $100 to cancel at lettalk and order at wirefly with next day to get it like 2 days earlier. It is a phone. In the big picture a couple of days is nothing! If you need it a day before everyone else so you can have bragging rights, I suggest putting some money toward counseling.

    You're right. A couple days is nothing, but just because people are excited about something doesn't mean they need counselling. If it were so, psychiatrists would be making a killing going through the line at an Apple Store on iPhone release day.

    Believe me, I am anxious. I have been holding out for months waiting for a decent new Android phone from Sprint. My HTC Hero is running like a Commodore 64. I knew I didn't want an EVO 4g because it was already dated by the beginning of this year.

    I payed $79.99 delivered plus no activation fee from lets talk. That is enough to make me wait a couple more days. I sold my EVO 3D last weekend and have been using an HTC Touch (Vogue) in the meantime. Trust me, I just want an Android device again! Now to go check my order and see if it is shipping yet! lol
