I know the case covers it, but still. What does Qualcomm have to do with sprints version?

I removed it too, along with the screen plastic cover, although there was some glue residue that stuck. It was annoying but not difficult to rub off. I like the phone completely naked.

If Device holds their chip they advertise it with sticker.
Sprint has nothing to do with it

I think he meant because Sprint and AT&T's version of SGII has Samsung's Exynos processor. I thought it was only T-Mobile's version that's using Qualcomm's chip.

I just wait until it wears off on its own, then there's no sticky stuff left behind.

Yeah I was cool with it. One less thing for my 1 year old daughter to somehow find and stick in her mouth. What's with human infants sticking EVERYTHING in their mouths? You'd think after eons of human evolution we would have figured out that it could be dangerous.

Its the radio, not the chip. Qualcomm owns almost all of the patents for CDMA, so almost all of the CDMA devices sold in the US have a 'digital by qualcomm' sticker on it. Its one of the first things I take off when I get a new phone.

Maybe an employee at the store where you bought it messed with your phone too
