How do you get a voice memo out / Mac compatibility?

Just bought my Epic 4G Touch. I don't have a memory card installed, and I made a voice memo, How do I move files off the internal memory? Also, my mac is not recognizing my phone. Is their something special I need to do?

Any Ideas why I am unable to mount? Its connected via USB, pulled doen the notification bar, held down the USB connected (MTP-Connected). Any Ideas?

Heres the trick for the mac guys. I know because I am one. You should only have to do this once.

In your phones settings go to applications and then development, then check the box next to USB debugging.

Settings > Applications > Development > enable USB debugging

next time you plug into your mac just hit the little usb icon in your notifications bar and select connect to computer. It'll be accessible like any external hard drive or flash memory unit
