    Just curious.... If I send a text using voice vs, typing it in does it send as a text message or an SMS message?

    I just dont want to be charged for using SMS when I think I'm texting.

    .....................what? Do you mean .MMS? voice is audio hence mms voice translated to text sent as sms is different input method is voice. I only replied to this because im killing time

    I think you might have mistyped. I believe you mean MMS, not SMS. SMS or short message service is the same thing as text messaging. MMS or multimedia message service is how you send pics or videos. MMS usually cost more money to send than a SMS message

    What you described is voice-to-text transcription, in which your phone recognizes what you say and turns it into typed words. this is text message (SMS).
