    So my brand new, sealed, epic 4g touch just came today, and I was trying to activate it to replace my old evo 4g through the sprint website.

    However, the sprint online activation site showing "Sorry, we couldn't find the code you entered." message back to me......

    As I bought this epic 4g touch new and sealed, and confirmed that it has a clean ESN, so what could be the problems there?? Do I really need to go to the sprint store for activation? Does it cost me any activation fee if I bring it to the store?

    Got any idea?

    I'd call Sprint and activate over the phone.
