Is anyone else running into problems installing apps while on ICS?

I'm rooted, running Culks1.2.

I had trouble restoring previous apps. But this is a 1St, directly from google app play store. Or what the hell its called now.

I wanted to sample Audial:'(

I assume by the title you're trying to install an App to your SD card? Calkulin's ICS ROM comes with the Team Rogue kernel that includes their CWM based custom recovery. Something about their ICS kernel breaks the ability to install, move or use Apps on the SD card. If you want to do this, you need to flash the stock kernel with stock recovery.

The title is the actual error message I got after downloading an app from the market.
It'll download,just will not install.

That is a fairly common issue. Unmount your SD card then go back to the market and install.
