Anyone know how to restore the default I'Ve fonts? Used this Font Installer Root app and didn't realize to create a backup within the program and now if I change the font in settings it doesn't change all as the app permanently overwritten clockopia.ttf and roboto-regular.ttf.

I just pulled those from a rom, just unzip them and push them to /system/fonts/ and overwrite the ones there.

Thanks, but guess I should have said I also spent 2 hours trying to push files before and couldn't do it. I would either get device unavailable, permission denied, or any other version of "no" a computer can tell you.

I'm no pro at this, so sure I was doing something wrong, but kept searching my errors and no resolve.

EDIT: I may have gotten it to work. I used the "cat" command and a different "mount" command and noticed the change in file sizes after the process. Only problem is, and maybe this is how it normally is, but in the Gmail App the subject will have the font that is setup in the Settings>Display>Fonts, but the message text is different.

You could just copy and paste them using a file explorer on your phone.

Try using es file explorer and grant it su permissions. I have problems as well when trying to write to any system areas with astro.

Yeah use ES and make sure to enable root access and mounting in the settings.
