am I going to be able to update to ics if rooted?

I loaded the stock el29 back. I still see my superuser app so I guess I am still rooted. Am I going to be able to update to ics? I am still new to rooting and all that. Thanks for the input.

i had the following 'stock' ROM on my phone and was able to manually update my phone to ICS with no problem.

That looks like the ROM I used to rrstore mine to stock. And to manually update I need to follow the link in that thread about manully updating? I guess it is that update.zip file. Thanks again.
