    I am beating my head against my desk so hope someone can help me.

    Received my new SGSIIE4GT yesterday morning (came from Blackberry). I set up the email app to receive from Charter. Now today I notice that I can send but not receive emails via MS Outlook on my pc and has been since I set up the email app on phone.

    Charter rep was useless and looking thru the vast MS website for an answer isn't helping as I am no IT tech.

    I was going to just delete my email account off of the phone as it seems to be causing the problem but cannot even find out how to do that after reading thru the online manual.

    Any suggestions would be most welcomed!
