How to Flash a Boost Mobile S2 to Virgin Mobile?

I simply love the S2, just amazing. One problem, the S2 on Boost's network only supports the 55$/mo unlimited plan while I simply love Virgin's 32$ plan. I know that Australia and Canada's Virgin Mobile carries the S2 so I wonder how hard it would be to flash it to Virgin Mobile.
Any ideas before I dish out 370$ on this phone?:-\
