Constant freezes followed by reboots after factory reset

So ever since I upgraded to ICS a few months back my phone's been running kinda slow and the worst part is my battery dies in like 3 or 4 hours depending on how much I use it. Last night I finally got around to rooting my phone, installing titanium backup and then doing a factory reset. Looked like everything was running smooth and I go into titanium backup to do a full recovery of all my apps and data and boom, it freezes. After a bit, it finally restarts on its own. Tried again... same thing. Then I tried only recovering a few things and it worked as long as I didn't choose too many. So I thought it was certain data that was the problem, but turns out that even when I try doing a google search or opening up other apps, most of the time it'll freeze and reboot.

Is there anything you guys can recommend I do? My phone is barely useable now. Thanks!

Go into settings apps all scroll down to dictionary and disable
