Battery life and constant restarts

I have had numerous issues with my phone since the jelly bean update came out. The main issues I am currently having is that my phone constantly restarts itself. It does not restart when running a specific app or anything, just restarts at random. Another issue that I am having is that my battery is draining horribly. I have to charge the battery multiple times a day even when I am not doing anything with it aside from texting. When I look at the battery life screen it appears to be draining normally and then their is a split and the battery level drops drastically. Any suggestions on how to fix these two issues would be great! Sprint seems to not know what the issue is..

Have you tried the most common fix? Factory Reset?

I know the dreaded factory reset but many times its needed after a major OS update to clear up the bugs.

This phone is a replacement phone that was sent to me by the sprint claim company. I have done more than one factory reset since I received it a few weeks ago!

It looks like from your screenshots, that your 4G signal is kinda weak. Assuming you didn't move, you went form 4G to 3G in the space of the two pics. You can try turning off 4G, as that is a WiMax signal. See if that helps your battery life.
