I'd like to root my SGSII and get rid of all the crappy Sprint bloatware that I don't use but I have a question before I root. Can a root be reversed simply by doing a factory reset of the device?

Nope, root cannot be reversed by factory reset. but it can be reversed by deleting two files from your devices.

Ok let me ask you something, I bought this tab off ebay wasn't in the description but it's rooted. Still on froyo keeps trying to update but gets 1/4 of the way through then I get the triangle and exclamation piont. If I delete the superuser and su file will this very outdated tab finally update?
