Thanks and glad that your liking it.

I updated the Twisted Pink and Up in Smoke theme again tonight. Twisted Pink had an alarm clock issue and Up in Smoke had a superuser issue. Both have been fixed, just follow Skunkapes links. Thank you all and have a great evening.

That's what confused me a bit... I was coming from 1.3 and went thru: Nandroid, Wipe Fata Factory Reset, Cache and Dalvik
I was able to update but once phone boot it up, I have to basically install all apps

Do the updated themes include all of the updated google apps? or do I need to flash those updates as well?

Thank you guys for the fantastic help!! One clarification question though... It's failing to do a Factory Reset at the moment. I assume this is because I have a work email account on my device and it has been "encrypted." I did see that I am able to do "Format Data" but didn't want to do that before asking. Consequently the encryption isn't allowing me to create a backup right now either. Thank you in advance!

Can you remove the work email account, then do the backup, factory reset and flash, and then reinstall then recreate the email account?

I was thinking along those lines myself. Was wondering if you had titanium backup pro which will backup everything including the settings and login info. You could possibly remove it and restore it. But then again I don't use exchange so I'm not sure.

You really don't want to do the format data as it will erase everything on the data partition including internal storage.

If I were you I would try just wiping cache and dalvik. Leaving data alone. If you have issues just restore your nandroid. It's not the recommended method but sometimes you have to try.

Any time you do a factory reset you have to reload all your apps.

Hi.. a couple weeks back i updated to 1.3 - now in the process of updating to 2.0... If I'm reading all the post in here, I must first do a Nandroid, then Wipe Cache n Davlik, then Flash correct? Just dont want to go thru a Factory Reset. Thank you

That's fine, if that's the way you want to go. I flash dirty quite a bit myself. However if you have issues, don't bash the ROM or complain about issues you may be having. :D

I mean, just wanted to know if I'm coming from a previous version do I always have to Factory Reset. The reset is a given every time I update to new version of Wicked?
