Notification Alarm Off during Sleep

Then only time I hear the notification alarms is when the display screen is on. If the display screen is off, there are no audible alarms, but when the screen is on there are notices that the alarms have gone off and when. The program Skyvi stopped giving its audible message when there is one. Screen pops up but nothing audible any longer. Settings for Skyvi are for the audible sounds. Two issues of no sounds but it would seem that these are related.

Any thoughts??????

Not familiar with skyvi but I'd start by going into the application manager and clearing cache for that app, then for stop it, then restart it from the desktop or app drawer.
