Flash player support?

So I just went to download flash player from the market and I couldn't help but notice that it had a big notice saying that flash player won't be supported on android devices shipped with or upgraded beyond android 4.0.x. does that mean when we get jb we want have flash player support or is Google working on replacing flash player?

No flash is dying... HTML5 is going to be the new standard. (Why chrome doesn't support flash) adobe said flash can't be downloaded Anymore after early August I think. And wont play well or it wont be as stable. So right now I'm running jb on my nexus And have flash support. And its going good (for now). I guess all the websites will convert over so we can view the content that once was flash.
