Pressing vibrate goes to mute...

Anyone having this problem...i press on vibrate from pulldown menu and it goes right to mute...

The label shows what is currently enabled. Tapping it will cycle from Vibrate to Mute to Sound.

I'm having the same issue. The problem is that for incoming notifications I have sound and vibrate enabled, when I do the vibrate option I expect the sound to go away but keep the buzz. When I go completely to mute I expect the buzz to not work as well. It doesn't vibrate on Mute even if it does with sound normally turned on.

@nater...if you look closely the bright green norification is on vibrate...butbthe smaller icon is on mute...so im saying it doesnt go to vibrate...it basically skips over and goes to mute...
