In the web browser preferences, I have specified the homepage to be vision.sprintpcs.com. I was using the S-voice and more often than not, it never understands what I am saying. What ended up happening was that the S-voice got "stuck" in the web search mode, so I just said something random so it would launch the web browser. Each time I opened the web browser, it remained on the Yahoo search page with the search term that was entered from S-voice. I closed that page, and now the web browser just opens to 'about blank.'

On the Epic, I could press the back button and navigate backwards through the browsed webpages I browsed until I reached the set homepage. Pressing the back button on the Galaxy SIII just exits the web browser. I guess I'm looking to get the homepage back to vision.sprintpcs.com (or anything else besides 'about blank).

Yeah I'd really like an actual homepage shortcut as well
