Sprint Galaxy S3 - unable to update or download apps

I'm completely stock running holo launcher. Over the last two days I cannot download or update apps from the play store. Suggestions?

I have cleared cache...
I have stopped and restarted Google framework services, Google play services.

Still getting error stating "error retrieving information from servers"

Maybe settings..apps...menu..reset app preferences.

Did you try going into your app manager and uninstalling all updates, data, cache for Google Play and Google Play Services? After doing that, restart and see if it works properly.

I tried both things and nothing worked... I finally bit the bullet and did a factory reset... All working fine now... Thanks for the help
