I restored my S3 to stock and was going to flash wickeds rom but now when I go into recovery nothing will mount no sd no cache point me please

I can get it back to stock but when I apply a recovery nothing will mount cant open cahe cant mount sd hope this helps

That is the typical result of using an older recovery on a recent GS3. Are you positive you have the latest version of TWRP or CWM recovery?
