Audio Bug HTC One with 4.3

So I noticed yesterday, and it happened again this morning (with a different pair of headphones). Under the stock music app, the volume turned itself all the way down/off in the middle of a song without me seeming to do anything. I was able to just turn the volume back up and carry on, but it's still annoying. I am starting to use the Google Play music app for a few days and see if I can reproduce the results there, but I was curious as to if someone else had experienced this.
