Losing custom recovery after reboot

I know why it happens, that's not my concern.

I am wondering if there is anything bad about this happening. I usually just plug it back into my computer and flash the recovery that way.

Is it more of a convenience thing, or does it truly matter if the clockworkmod doesn't stick?

Doesn't really matter, just gets aggravating that you have to go and re apply it time and time again.

I used the method provided below and haven't had a problem since... I guess if you don't flash things that often its not a big deal but since I'm a flash junky I need my CWM to stick.
