If you check our rooting guide, the one below in particular it has some options for OneClickRoot problems.

I would recommend running the process again, if I remember it has option #2 from the menu in there for already unlocked and need recovery/root access or something to that affect. Choose that option and then follow my tip for downloading and flashing the SU (Root) file to flash in CWM recovery before your finished and reboot your device. That file will not only provide root access but also make your CWM recovery "stick" so it doesn't disappear.

I ended up having to run the one click tool twice, in order to make TWRP stick. I also remember the root files did not flash, so I had to manually flash the root files via recovery, as the one click couldn't connect with the phone when it was in recovery. Just kept saying "waiting for device", or something similar.
