I'm just curious as to anyone else's experiences with ICS. Even though it is a lot more stable and has less bugs than other versions of Android, it seems so slow on NS4G. My transitions never seem to be smooth unless I overclock to at least 1248. I've tried many ROMS as well. Codename, Gummy, AOKP, Peter's A's...you name it.

Right now I'm using Codename and running Matrix kernel 19.0 Lionheart governer. Does anyone have any suggestions or insight? Or if you could just share your experience on the Nexus.

    Thanks!

Pete's ROM on his own kernel and matr1x kernels has been really smooth. I have window animations and transitions turned off but even with them on, no lag. Usually run conservative, ondemand, or smartassv2, all at 200/1000.
