Adjust Video Resolution?

I have the 4.04 Official Update (rooted) and I go to Video Settings and I dont see an option to change the resolution. Is there a way to change it? Or find out what Resolution the phone is Recording at?

The resolution it's shooting at is 720 x 480. As far as I know there's no way to change that in the stock camera app. There may be other apps you can download that can change the resolution. However, 720 x 480 is the best you'll get with this phone.

Oh ok Thanks. I just wanted to know it was recording at its best quality. Since I found no way of checking I will just take your word for it haha
