With jstntp's permission, I am posting a battery mod.

Apparently I lost root after installing this. I followed the instructions exactly, along with installing the superuser zip file. Now when I try to open and use titanium backup its says I don't have root access. How do I regain root?

Yeah, same here. No problem installing the ROM at all, but like Evol_Machine, I've lost root. Tried reinstalling the Superuser twice, and still not rooted. Any advice? And thanks for 4.1.1!

Hey I got root back. I went to the other jelly bean rom thats on the forum and downloaded the file from this link: su.zip | PutLocker
then I went to recovery and flashed it. After flashing I went to reboot system and it popped up and said that root may have been lost and asked if I wanted to fix it. I selected to fix it and then I had root back.

I'm not seeing this error. I downloaded my apps just fine. Try clearing app data for the Play Store in settings just for kicks.

I didn't use the above trick for getting my root back, I used Superuser-3.1.3-arm-signed.zip from: http://androidsu.com/superuser/ It worked great, and I have had no problems with downloading from the store or amazon. MMS and SMS are both working great as well. As far as I can tell, everything is working wonderfully. Thanks again for this!

Anyone tried a different kernel? The 95% battery cap drove me nuts this morning!
