Launcher Pro too Laggy

I really like LP's widgets, but it seems to be a little laggy/choppy compared to stock gingerbread. GB on my NS4G is soooo smooth, I think I might be a bit spoiled.

Even taken LP down to it's base settings, it's still choppy. I tried removing all my stock widgets, but it just seems to compare poorly next to pure GB. Anyone have any advice? What I wouldn't give for those LP widgets without the rest of the launcher!

LP laggy? i think you may have something else going on there because i have messed with ALOT of phones and LP is anything but laggy

maybe a cache wipe may help or try this

preferences>advanced settings>Memory Usage Settings>Memory usage preset>High

then try it , this should snap it up a bit

LP was smooth even on my horrible Samsung Moment. I love it on the Nexus S.

Only gripe I have is that sometimes folders will just quit responding, ie I can't open them up...
