Nexus S 4g Stuck on Unlcock Bootloader Screen

Hello, I recently dropped my phone into my pool. (I know, bad :-\) After letting it dry i was able to turn it back on and access my phone as normal. But it began to get really hot so i took out the battery and left it overnight. So now, WHENEVER i put in the battery or connect it to my computer, it goes straight to a screen which i am familiar with from exploring my phone, without EVER rooting it or doing anything out of the ordinary. But the screen says, "Unlock bootloader?" and then explains what it is in white text. Except unlike when i was just looking at the screen in the past, this time it doesnt have any options (before it had yes or no). Its just the green title and white text but no way to respond to it. At the very bottom of the screen it says "USB Control Init
USB Init End"
- the quotes.
There is no way to turn it off or do anything to respond to it . Any help is appreciated!
P.S. if there are no ways to fix this i do have a warranty on it but i really want to fix it myself first! Thx!!
