Texts you can block directly from your sprint.com account.

For callers, i would recommend the Google Voice Sprint Integration. I've used that to block callers instantly within the Google Voice website on your contact list.

The caller hears: "this number has been disconnected".

You can turn it on/off on the fly online per contact. Works good.
