Installation instructions as provided by Korey..

• Download and unzip IMM76Drelease-keys.zip
• Install the NS4G drivers
• Download and unzip Odin v1.85
• Open "Odin3_v1.85.exe"
• Power off the Nexus S 4G
• Put the Nexus S 4G into "Download Mode" by holding both Volume Up+Down then simply press the Power Button
• Connect the Nexus S 4G to your computer. Ensure Odin recognizes it. You should see "COM#" fill in the first box.
• Click "BOOTLOADER" and select "SPH-D720_IMM76D_KE1_BOOTLOAD_signed.tar"
• Click "PDA" and select "SPH-D720_IMM76D_PDA_signed.tar"
• Click "PHONE" and select "SPH-D720_IMM76D_LC1_Modem_signed.tar"
• Click "Start"

You install the NS4G drivers on your Computer like a regular .exe program

Nope, it's real man I'm running it now it is great, my 4G is 3x Faster than before.

Maybe you can add on the OP that people whose NS4G that are already on 4.0 can use BWM to backup their phone before installing this restoring afterwards

I'm not convinced this is real. I am not a total newb and i cannot bet odin to see my NS4G. I plug phone into computer and drivers load but no connection with odin at all.

With the leak build that was released earlier in the year will it get the Sprint update when they start rolling out the updates OTA

Probably not. Gingerbread is the official OS so it's safe to say the OTA package will be for users to upgrade from GB to ICS

How much time does the whole process supposed to take ? my phone now stuck on the download mode with this red phrase " VERIFY IMAGE ( IPBL ) ... SUCCESS ", Odin also stuck and thers is no change for 20 minutes. Is that normal or there is something wrong?
Do i have to unlock bootloader first before start downloading ?
